The third Stimulators CD is called Pirate Music, cause it steals influences from South America and the Carebean Islands. Cuban guest singer Ernesto Artilles is featured on this CD. The Stimulators expirement with mixing Englisch and Spanish lyrics in songs. Some of the Oliver Stephan traxs like Man Cool, Caipirhina, Things About Love and In The Beginning still apear in the Stimulators live shows today. The Playboy-Magazine wrote: "The Sound of the Stimulators is like cruising along the Copacabana with the top down." This CD also got them a phone call from New York. "Hello, this is the James Brown management office in New York. We had Pirate Music playing at an office meeting and the whole office was dancing. Would the Stimulators like to open a show in Amsterdam and Cologne for Mr. James Brown?" Yes they did!

Die dritte CD der Stimulators heißt Pirate Music. Sie ist die Stims Scheibe mit den meisten Latin Einflüssen. Im Jahr 2003 hatte die Band oft den kubanischen Sänger Ernesto Artiles als Gast dabei und experimentiert mit zweisprachigen Songs. Zum ersten Mal ist auch der brasilianische Saxophonist Marcio Tubino auf dieser Scheibe mit den Stims zu hören. Roman Prochnow dreht ein Videoclip für den Song „Castellano“ auf Kuba und in München.
Andrea May in Portugal schickte die CD zum Management von James Brown und ein paar Monate später kam ein E-Mail aus New York mit folgendem Text: „We played the Pirate Music CD in a meeting and the whole office was dancing. Would the Stimulators like to open a show in Amsterdam and Cologne for Mr. James Brown?” Was für eine Frage! Zwei Tourneen mit Mr. Brown folgten.
Das Playboy Magazin schrieb damals über die CD: “Der Sound der Stimulators ist wie Cabrio fahren an der Copacabana!“
